DNA Testing Solutions

What we are

DNA Testing Solutions is a sample coordination and international shipping service based in Pakistan. We are not a laboratory and do not perform DNA extraction, testing, genetic analysis, or report preparation in Pakistan. We coordinate the international shipment of DNA samples from Pakistan to partner laboratories in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Turkey, where the testing, analysis, and report preparation are performed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to order or consent to a test. A parent or legal guardian may authorise testing for a minor or for an individual in their care.

Nature of Service

We coordinate the following, with the testing itself performed by an accredited partner laboratory outside Pakistan:

Legal and immigration DNA testing, arranged under the receiving authority's chain-of-custody requirements
Wellness and lifestyle testing (nutrition, sports and gut-microbiome analysis)
Ancestry and ethnic-origin testing

Our role is limited to case coordination, sample handling, verification, documentation, international shipment and customer support. We do not perform any laboratory testing or genetic analysis ourselves, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition.

Sampling and Submission

Most tests use a painless buccal (cheek) swab
Samples must be taken and handled using the instructions provided. Improper sampling or handling may lead to inconclusive or invalid results, and the partner laboratory may require a fresh sample.
We reserve the right to request a new sample where the laboratory's acceptance criteria are not met.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Your personal data and sample are shared only with the partner laboratory carrying out your test and the courier handling the shipment.
The genetic analysis and the report are produced by that laboratory under its own privacy and quality framework; your genetic data is processed by the laboratory, not by us.
We adhere to applicable Pakistani data protection law and handle your information solely to arrange and support the test you ordered.
We do not release results to anyone other than the people named on your order without your written instruction.

Use of Results

Results are prepared and issued by the partner laboratory that performed the testing. We do not write, interpret or alter them.
Reports are provided for informational purposes and are not medical or legal advice unless the test and report are specified for that use. For health-related questions, consult a qualified clinician.
Whether a legal or immigration report is accepted is decided by the requesting authority — an embassy, court or government department — and depends on their chain-of-custody and documentation requirements, not on us.
DNA Testing Solutions is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of your results.

Turnaround Time

Because your sample travels internationally, turnaround has two parts: courier transit from Pakistan to the laboratory (normally 3–5 working days) and the laboratory's own processing time, which varies by test.
We confirm the expected timeframe in writing when you order. Delays may occur due to sample quality, courier handling, laboratory volume or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not quote a single turnaround for every test.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be granted before your sample has been dispatched to the partner laboratory.
No refund will be issued once the sample has been shipped or laboratory processing has begun.
Shipping, handling and courier charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

DNA Testing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services, including the results, analysis or reporting produced by a partner laboratory.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the service.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
